In addition, we place great importance on transparency regarding our approach to sustainability and social responsibility. Our ESG policy (Environmental, Social & Governance is designed to minimize our environmental impact, stimulating and retaining a sustainable and engaged workforce and uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our operations.

Sustainability and Environmental Impact
Although our carbon footprint as an office environment without production processes is relatively small, we remain committed to further reducing our ecological impact. We do this by, among other things:
- Actively promoting energy efficiency in our office by using green energy, installing solar panels, and minimizing energy consumption through technologies such as light sensors.
- Reducing waste by encouraging a paperless work environment and automated processes.
- Optimizing the energy consumption of our computer systems, as these are our largest source of consumption.
In addition to our internal initiatives, we extend our impact by empowering our customers to make more sustainable choices by providing them with crucial data. Examples of this include:
- Providing accurate weather data to winter road maintenance services, improving road safety while reducing the excessive use of road salt.
- Our services for the offshore and shipping industry help reduce emissions and prevent environmental damage, such as oil spills caused by adverse weather conditions.
- We support the growth of renewable energy by providing essential weather data for the installation and operation of wind and solar energy projects.
- Promoting awareness of future climate developments by sharing valuable insights with companies and the broader society, highlighting the importance of meeting global climate goals to mitigate the consequences of climate change.

Employee well-being
Not only are our customers important to us, but the well-being and satisfaction of our own employees is also of utmost significance. Infoplaza is actively committed to improving the well-being and satisfaction of our employees, with the aim of creating a positive supportive, and enjoyable working environment.
We are dedicated to cultivating a culture where employees feel empowered to deliver their best work while pursuing personal and professional growth. By providing a safe and inclusive environment, we ensure that every voice is heard and every individual has the opportunity to be themselves and achieve their full potential.
The theme 'Health & Wellbeing' is central to our approach. We strive for a healthy balance between work and private life, supported by flexible working hours and options for remote work. In addition, Infoplaza invests in various vitality programs to promote both the mental and physical health of our employees. These include a company fitness program, a bicycle plan, fresh fruit at the office and we organize various (sporting) events.
To maintain a pulse on employee satisfaction, we conduct an Employee Statistics survey twice a year. This provides us with an eNPS score and anonymous feedback, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. The results are reviewed with management and employee representatives, and a company-wide summary is shared to ensure transparency and drive continuous improvement.

We offer employees various opportunities to provide feedback or report complaints, from an anonymous tip in the digital suggestion box, to frequent employee satisfaction surveys and contact options with the employee representation committee or the external confidential counselor.

Governance responsibilities and compliance
To ensure that Infoplaza is managed ethically and effectively, the executive management meets monthly with shareholders Bolster Investment Partners, who have expertise in finance, legal affairs, sustainability and social responsibility. They oversee Infoplaza's strategic policy, risk management and compliance with laws and regulations.
We evaluate our ESG policy and goals annually in collaboration with the shareholders via the ESG Advantage dashboard. This process includes a risk and impact assessment, which is discussed with the Group Management Team and with the employee representation committee.
Several audits are also carried out annually by external, independent parties to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. The financial reporting is audited annually by Crowe Foederer. In addition, Infoplaza is ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety management) certified, which shows that Infoplaza is committed to continuous improvement and compliance with international standards. The ISO audits are performed annually by DNV.
Business ethics
Infoplaza stands for a culture of high integrity, in which we act professionally, honestly and with respect at all levels. We expect all our employees to behave with integrity in all their professional relationships and not to accept or perform work for which they are not authorized.
Bribery and corruption unfortunately occur in many countries worldwide. At Infoplaza, we are determined to prevent these practices. We do not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption and strive to always act with the highest ethical standards. Employees are encouraged to report possible cases of malpractice as early as possible. We promote an open and transparent culture, in which employees can express concerns or doubts without fear of reprisals. Any issues with malpractice can be discussed with the external confidential counselor, the manager or the HR department.
Furthermore, employees cannot accept discounts, commissions or gifts for themselves, a family member or friend in connection with a business transaction on behalf of Infoplaza, unless this is fully and transparently reported to the management. Any violation of this policy is considered serious misconduct and can have consequences.
